Sorry to swear but the best way to tell you how thankful I am of this service. I was using a free AV and didn't even know I had a virus. When I started working from home last week, my computer started doing crazy things and just ran like a pig. I did not know what to do until a friend of mine told me that they used your remote services in the past and said to call you. Within minutes, Greg from your company was logged into my PC and started cleaning up the mess. In about an hour I was back up and running. I can't thank you enough. I will tell my friends about you and I promise I will never use that free crap again - Ken
