Thank you thank you thank you! My husband and I are in our 70 s and our only computer was not working well when we video talked with our grandkids. My daughter told me to call you and you were able to fix it right away. Last night we were able to have a nice visit with our family. We can not thank you enough.

Computer Security Solutions easily and (calmly), (Thank you, Dianne), renewed my subscription to NOD32 ANTI-VIRUS protection. THEN one of their techs, (Greg), got 'into' my computer, by remote and actually got rid of lots of junk, updated some things and voila, my computer hasn't worked this fast in 2 years! Their price for doing this was more than fair as it took over 3 hours, (of which I did NOT have to be sitting at my computer!) Although, anything I told Greg I did not want changed was honored. Today I received a "check-up" call to make sure I was pleased with everything. I highly recommend this company for many of your computer needs.I know I will be calling them again.. (And they don't seem to mind at ALL that they're dealing with a customer who is practically computer illiterate).

The people were nice and they seemed like they knew what they were doing. My pc is 5 years old and I thought this service took longer to do then I thought it should. The tech I worked with was very thorough and did find a ton of crap so that was good.

I could not help my mother with her PC and she could not video call with us. I called you folks and you remotely fixed her pc. Now she can see us every day while we are in lock down. Stay safe everyone. FH

A rep logged into my computer remotely and what every he did made my computer work so much faster. I told him what I did not like that was happening on my pc and wow. Gone. He let me watch too.

I love this service. They remotely log into my computer and fix it. I don't have to take my computer to the store to be fix and be without my computer for days then worry about getting my computer cord back. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend this service if your computer is slow. Thanks again guys!
